The one that matters most: who can see what.
A short, honest look at how you are keeping your church's covenant, spread across its promises. It is private to you, and takes about three minutes the first time.
Membership is by invitation. A leader adds people, and each one gets an email link, good for fourteen days, to create their own account.
Yes. Your membership promises become the areas members reflect on, in your church's own words, not ours.
No. Leaders only ever see anonymous trends across the whole church, and only for groups of five or more. There is no screen anywhere that shows a leader one member's reflection.
No. Even admins and Quantitio staff see only names and emails, and only to manage who can sign in. No one sees another person's reflection.
From your Profile you can permanently delete your account and all of your reflection answers. It cannot be undone.
Your own subdomain, reflections, the member dashboard, and the leader view, for up to 15 people, free for 60 days, on a typical covenant. No credit card, and no pricing to wade through.
A one-time setup, and a per-member rate we agree together for your size. When you are ready, you subscribe your church for the year.
Your covenant, worded as your own promises, and your teaching material woven into the resources. Same tool, your voice.
Check your spam folder first. A confirmation link lasts twenty-four hours and can be re-sent from the confirmation page; an invitation lasts fourteen days, and your church can send a fresh one.
Use the Forgot password page. We send a reset link that lasts two hours. For your privacy, the page always says it has sent, whether or not the email is registered.
Yes. You can pull your roster into a review queue, and optionally, only if you turn it on, sync a few demographic fields back to Planning Center. Reflection answers never leave Quantitio.
Send a note and a real person replies, usually within one business day. No mailing list, no follow-up sequence.
