Reading your whole-church view

Your leader view shows the health of the whole church, never the heart of any one person. It is built entirely from anonymous, group-level trends.

It opens at five

Your whole-church view opens once five members have completed honest reflections. Until then you see a clearly labeled sample, so the page is never blank, along with a note of how many more people need to reflect.

What the Overview shows

The Overview gathers participation at a glance, registered members, how many have results, reflections completed, and an average score, alongside an overall health reading and where your church is strong and where it could use support.

The five health bands

The distribution sorts the congregation into five bands, from strongest to newest: Flourishing, Maturing, Growing, Taking Root, and New Ground. These describe the shape of the whole church, never a labeled person.

Insights by life-stage

The Insights page lets you look at the congregation by life-stage: Gender, Age, Marital status, Household children, Community group, or Membership. Every group is bucketed and anonymous, and any group of fewer than five is withheld.

Why some numbers are withheld

Any figure backed by fewer than five responses is hidden to protect privacy. If hiding one small group would let someone work it out by subtracting from the total, a second group is hidden too. The minimum of five is fixed and applies everywhere; it cannot be switched off.

Numbers you can trust

Sample and demo data never mix into your real picture, and reflections that look rushed or straight-lined are set aside from church trends. A member always sees their own answers in full on their own dashboard; this tidying only shapes the whole-church view.
