Getting your church set up
Setting up your church takes an afternoon, not a project. Your space arrives with a typical covenant and a set of reflection questions already in place, so most of the work is making it your own and inviting your people.
On your Overview you will see a short checklist, Build out your space, that tracks these steps for you and ticks each one off as you go. It is only there during your free trial, and you can come back to it anytime.
Take your own reflection first
Before anything else, take the reflection yourself. A few minutes, and it makes the rest make sense. A leader who has personally felt the reflection can carry it to a board; one who has only clicked around the admin panel cannot.
Your own answers are private to you, and they are never counted in the whole-church view, so the promise that leaders never see any one person's answers holds even in a small leadership group.
Make your space your own
In Church content and branding, set your welcome headline, a short intro, and an accent color. Changes are live the moment you save. Uploading your own logo and editing the questions unlock once you subscribe.
Look over your covenant and questions
Your space starts with a typical covenant and reflection questions, grouped by promise. Look them over in the Question bank so you know what your members will see.
Invite your people
Send invitations from Members and access. Each person gets an email link to create their own account. During the free trial you can invite up to fifteen people, and a seat is only used when someone actually starts reflecting, so you can invite freely.
Name an activation owner
You own the vision, but someone else usually runs the rollout. Invite an associate, elder, or staff member as a second admin to handle the day-to-day. That invitation does not use one of your member seats.
Add a resources welcome
Write the short intro your members see on the resources page, where your covenant and its studies live.
Go live
When everything looks right, mark your space live. That hides the getting-started checklist and tells us you are ready to roll the reflection out to your congregation.
Until five members have reflected, your leader view shows a clearly labeled sample so you can see what the page becomes, plus a count of how many more people need to reflect. Once five have taken part, the real numbers open.
