Once a year, each member takes a few quiet minutes to weigh how they think they are living the promises of your covenant. It is a checkup, not a verdict. You see the honest patterns across the whole church. You never see the person.
“Examine yourselves, to see whether you are in the faith. Test yourselves.” (2 Corinthians 13:5)

Groups too small to stay anonymous are hidden automatically, so the data can't single anyone out. It points you to where the church needs strengthening. The real work of encouraging and admonishing still happens face to face, person to person.
And let us consider how to stir up one another to love and good works. (Hebrews 10:24)
