Signing in and account help

After you register or accept an invitation, we email you a confirmation link. It lasts twenty-four hours. If it does not arrive, you can send a fresh one from the confirmation page, and it is worth checking your spam folder.

Go to the Forgot password page, enter your email, and we send a reset link that lasts two hours. For your privacy, the page always says it has sent, whether or not that email is registered, so it never reveals who has an account. Finishing a reset also signs you out everywhere else.

An invitation link lasts fourteen days. If yours has expired, ask your church to send a new one.

We send you no reminders and no devotional emails. The only messages you receive are the essentials, like confirming your sign-in or an invitation you were expecting. An unsubscribe link on any older email still works.

Your resources page holds your church covenant and a short guided study for each promise, there whenever you want to go deeper.

From your Profile you can permanently delete your account and all of your reflection answers by typing DELETE to confirm. This cannot be undone. Your reflections and your consent records are removed with your account; only limited administrative records may be kept where the law requires.
