Acceptable Use
Effective June 25, 2026
Quantitio is a quiet place for honest reflection. Each member takes a gentle self-assessment of their walk against their church's membership covenant, and each member sees only their own results. Church leaders only ever see the flock, never the individual: aggregated, de-identified trends, and only for groups of five or more.
Because the tool holds something tender, we ask everyone who uses it to keep a simple covenant of good faith. This page describes what Quantitio is for and the few clear lines we ask you not to cross. It is short on purpose, and it is part of our Terms of Service.
What Quantitio is for
Quantitio exists for honest reflection, and for a church caring well for its members. A member uses it to look inward with candor and to track their own growth over time. A church uses it to understand its congregation in aggregate, so that leaders can shepherd with greater wisdom and care.
Use it in that spirit, and you are using it well. Almost everything below simply protects that spirit for everyone else.
The privacy of others
The thing that makes honest reflection possible is the promise that no one is watching any single person. Please help us keep that promise. We ask that you not:
- Attempt to identify, single out, or re-identify any individual member from aggregated or de-identified data.
- Attempt to defeat, weaken, or work around the five-or-more group minimum, the bucketed demographics, or any other safeguard that protects members from being re-identified.
- Try to view, infer, or extract another member's private reflections, journal entries, or answers.
Good-faith use
The rest is common sense, the kind a covenant community already understands. We ask that you not:
- Scrape the service, or use bots, automated tools, or bulk methods to access or abuse it.
- Upload or submit content that is unlawful, or that is harmful, harassing, or abusive toward others.
- Share your account, or use someone else's, in a way that misrepresents who is actually reflecting.
- Probe, test, or circumvent the security of the service, or attempt to gain access you have not been given.
If something goes wrong
If you discover a security weakness, or you believe a safeguard has failed, please tell us rather than test it further. We would far rather hear from you. Reach our team at support@quantitio.com, or for anything touching privacy, privacy@quantitio.com.
We may suspend or end access that breaks this covenant of good faith, especially where it puts another member's privacy at risk. The formal terms for enforcement and termination are set out in our Terms of Service, of which this policy is a part. We would always rather restore than remove, and we will reach out where we reasonably can.
