Inviting your members
Membership is by invitation. You add people, they get an email link to create their account, and their reflections stay private to them from the very first day.
Invite one person, or a few
From Members and access, choose Invite a member. An email address is required and a name is optional. They receive an email link to set a password and join, and that link lasts fourteen days.
Invite your whole roster from Planning Center
If your church uses Planning Center, you can connect it and pull your roster into a review queue instead of typing names one by one. You stay in control: nothing invites a member until you review and apply it.
Name a second admin
Invite an associate, elder, or staff member as a second admin to run the rollout with you. This activation-owner invitation does not use a member seat.
How seats work during the trial
Your free trial covers up to fifteen people. A seat is used only when someone actually starts their first reflection, never when you invite them, so you can invite your whole leadership team and only count who takes part. Staff and admin accounts do not use member seats.
Removing someone
Removing a member is two steps. First Deactivate, which signs them out right away and keeps their history. Then, once they are inactive, a Delete button appears, which permanently removes the account and its reflection history. Safeguards stop you from removing the church's last admin, so you can never accidentally lock yourselves out.
The members list shows names and emails so you can manage who can sign in. It never shows anyone's reflection answers or life-circumstance details. Identity only.
