Connecting Planning Center
If your church runs Planning Center, Quantitio can work from your existing people data so you do not have to keep two rosters in step. The connection is careful and always under your control.
The Integrations area appears under Setup when Planning Center is enabled for your Quantitio server. If you do not see it, let us know and we will turn it on.
Connecting
An admin connects from Setup, then Integrations. You sign in at Planning Center and grant Quantitio access to your People data. You can disconnect anytime, and Quantitio revokes its access and stops syncing.
Pulling your roster
A pull reads your active people into a review queue. It never invites anyone or changes a profile on its own. You review the staged changes, new members to invite, profile updates, and people to deactivate or reactivate, tick the box that says you have reviewed them, and apply.
Deactivations start unchecked, so you opt into each one you actually want. Only names, contact details, and the demographic fields you allow are read from Planning Center. Reflection answers never leave Quantitio.
Sending demographics back (optional, off by default)
You can also let Quantitio write members' self-reported demographics back to Planning Center as custom fields. This stays off until you turn it on in Integrations.
When it is on, exactly five fields are written: gender, age band, marital status, children status, and community group. They land in custom fields named Quantitio: Gender, Quantitio: Age Band, Quantitio: Marital Status, Quantitio: Children Status, and Quantitio: Community Group.
Reflection answers and scores never leave Quantitio. And a member's membership status is only ever read from Planning Center, never written back to it.
How the sync behaves
The sync is tidy and repeatable. It fills in what is missing and updates what has changed, and leaves everything else alone; a blank answer is skipped, never overwritten. It runs quietly overnight, and you can also run it on demand with Pull now or Push now.
