Your reflections, kept private
Effective June 25, 2026
This is the plain-English version of how privacy works at Quantitio. No legalese, no fine print to decode. Just a clear account of what happens to your answers, who can see what, and the choices that stay in your hands.
We built Quantitio to feel like an annual physical for the soul. That kind of honesty only works when you trust where your words are going. So here is the heart of it: your reflection is yours. The people who lead your church see the health of the flock, never the heart of any one person.
Your individual answers are yours alone
When you take a reflection, you are answering for yourself, before God, in your own words. Those answers belong to you.
Your covenant self-assessment, any private journal reflections you write, and any growth step you choose to pursue are visible only to you. They appear on your own private dashboard and nowhere else. Church staff never see them. They are never shown to a leader in any individual form. No one at your church gets a window into your particular walk.
- Your self-assessment answers are private to you.
- Your written journal reflections are private to you.
- The growth step you choose is private to you.
- All of this lives on your personal dashboard, for your eyes only.
What a leader can and cannot see
Your church leaders care about the spiritual health of the whole congregation. Quantitio helps them see that picture without ever exposing a single person inside it.
Leaders only ever see aggregated, de-identified trends across the congregation. They see how the body is doing as a whole, not how any individual answered.
There is no screen, no report, and no export anywhere in Quantitio that shows a leader an individual member's reflection. That door does not exist.
- Leaders CAN see: de-identified trends and patterns across groups of members.
- Leaders CANNOT see: your name attached to any answer.
- Leaders CANNOT see: your journal reflections or your growth step.
- Leaders CANNOT see: how you, specifically, responded to anything.
Two concrete safeguards against re-identification
Saying "it's anonymous" is easy. We want to show you the actual mechanics that make it true, because the protection is built into the math, not just our good intentions.
First, the group minimum of five. Quantitio will not display an aggregate for any group smaller than five members. If a slice of the congregation is too small to be a crowd, we hide it entirely rather than risk someone being singled out. Small groups stay invisible in the data, on purpose.
Second, bucketed demographics. The optional details you may choose to share are always grouped into broad categories, never exact figures. We record an age band, not your birthday. Every demographic field includes a "prefer not to say" option, and the whole section is skippable. These categories exist only to help a church understand its congregation in the aggregate, never to find a person within it.
- The group of five: no trend is ever shown for fewer than five members. Smaller groups are hidden.
- Bucketed categories: gender, age band, marital status, children status and age bands, and community-group status are grouped, never exact.
- Always optional: every field offers "prefer not to say," and you can skip all of it.
Never used to train AI. Never sold.
Your reflections are not a product, and they are not raw material for a machine. We want to be unambiguous about this.
Quantitio does not use member reflections to train AI. Your spiritual self-assessment is never fed to an AI model, ours or anyone else's. We do use an AI service to create our own marketing and brand imagery, but no member data is ever sent to it or to any other AI provider.
Quantitio does not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not use your data for advertising. We use a single essential cookie to keep you signed in. There are no third-party advertising cookies and no cross-site tracking, which is why you will not find a cookie-consent banner here begging for permissions we never wanted.
- Your reflections are never used to train AI.
- Your personal information is never sold or rented.
- Your data is never used for advertising.
- No third-party tracking cookies; just the one cookie that keeps you signed in.
You can delete everything
A reflection only stays honest if you are free to walk away from it. Quantitio supports self-service account deletion. From within the app, you can delete your account, which removes your personal data and your reflections.
You can also ask for a copy of your data, correct anything that is wrong, and unsubscribe from optional devotional or encouragement emails at any time with a single click. If you would rather make a request by email, or you live in California and want to exercise your rights under the CCPA and CPRA, write to us at privacy@quantitio.com. (For the record, since Quantitio does not sell or share personal information, there is nothing for you to opt out of on that front.)
- Delete your account and reflections yourself, from inside the app.
- Request a copy of your data, or ask us to correct it.
- Unsubscribe from optional emails anytime with one click.
- Reach our privacy team directly at privacy@quantitio.com.
How your church fits in
Your church is the community that invites you to reflect and that receives the de-identified aggregates so it can care well for its members. Quantitio is the service provider that stores and processes the data on your church's and your behalf, operated from California, United States.
A few service providers help us run Quantitio securely, such as cloud hosting and database providers in the United States, Resend for essential account email, and Cloudflare R2 for image and branding storage when configured. Paid plans are billed directly by invoice, so Quantitio collects no card details in the app and uses no online payment processor. None of these providers receive your reflections. Your passwords are protected with strong hashing, your sign-in sessions are stored only as hashes, access is limited by role, and your data is encrypted in transit.
Quantitio is intended for adult church members and church leaders. It is not directed to children under 13.
- Your church receives only de-identified aggregates, never individual answers.
- Quantitio processes the data as the service provider, operated from California.
- Service providers help run the platform but never receive your reflections.
- Security includes hashed passwords, hashed session tokens, role-based access, and TLS encryption in transit.
